I agree to the booking conditions set out below:
1.
Bookings can not be accepted from persons under the age of 18.
2.
We reserve the right to provide a full refund and cancel any booking.
3.
For cleaning purposes, the cottage will normally only be available
after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of
departure.
4.
No smoking inside the cottage is permitted, and no cats. Up to 2 dogs
allowed in Harriets Hideaway. No pets in Emilys Escape
5.
Please leave the cottages clean and tidy, with no trace of any pet
presence.
Please print off, complete this form and post it with the deposit, to D.Miller, 81 Whaggs Lane, Whickham, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE16 4PQ.
If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the holiday then the full amount is required please. An acknowledgement will be returned in the post. After receiving a cheque for any outstanding balance we will send you 1-2 weeks before your holiday the key, map and instructions.
